Product Information Grade
Rubaloy - 70 is the most popular and widely used grade of fluxed NBR / PVC in the polymer ratio of 70-30. It is a non-staining, oil, Ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin.

Processing Characteristics
Very easily processable on conventional Rubber processing / compounding machines. Very good filler and plasticizer absorption makes compounding cycle quick, cost saving and labour saving. Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results. Can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other aromatic Plasticizers. Paraffinic based softners are not recommended.

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy – 7047 is a unique blend of Nitrile Rubber with PVC, specially made to offer very high ozone, weather, oil, and abrasion resistance in the products. It offers good tensile strength and elongation along with extremely low gas permeability. It is suitable to produce moulded and extruded products.

Rubaloy – 703G is a non-staining, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex resistant polymer using medium ACN (33%) content Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade has improved extrusion rate, extrusion, moulding and surface finish. Rubaloy-703G is Pthalate free.

Processing Characteristics

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy - 75 is a polymer blend of specially selected polymers viz. High Nitrile and pretreated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used speciality Synthetic Rubbers for high oil, fuel, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather ageing and lead free petrol resistance. It has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

Processing Characteristics
It is very easily processed on conventional rubber processing machines. Compounding cycle is quite short due to high filler and plasticizer absorption. Warm mixing mill/intermix is preferred for a quicker and better compound mix.

Applications
Lead - Free Petrol, Tubes and Hoses, Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D' resistant products, Applications in Kerbside Hose, Tubings, Coloured and Black products for Automobile Applications for SAE-I specification products. Rubaloy – 4465 is a blend of specially selected polymers viz. Ultra high Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (44% ACN Content) and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'A', 'B' and 'C') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used specialty Synthetic Rubbers. This grade is Pthalate free amd has improved flexibility as well as abrasion resistance. It has excellent colour fastness and very low permeability; it has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.

Processing Characteristics
Rubaloy – 4465 is very easily processed on conventional rubber processing/compounding machines. Compounding cycle is quite short due to high filler and plasticizer absorption. Warm mixing mill/intermix is recommended for a quicker and better compound mix.

Curing
Conventional Sulphur and Peroxide curing systems are recommended.

Applications
It is apt for high oil, fuel, Gasohol, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather ageing and lead free petrol resistant applications.

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy - 50 is a 50:50 ratio fluxed blend of NBR/PVC using medium NBR and pretreated PVC resin. Special Polymeric Plasticizers and Additives are incorporated to improve hot air ageing and flex crack. These polymeric plasticizers also help to preserve the product flexibility in service life. Rubaloy – 50 will blend easily with Nitrile Rubber to increase the Nitrile Rubber percentage ratio if required in the compound; in order to produce a tailor-made ratio of NBR/PVC by the user.

Processing Characteristics
Rubaloy – 50 is to be processed on conventional open mixing mills and internal mixers. The user can easily change the Nitrile ratio in the blend since Rubaloy – 50 blends easily with Nitrile Rubber on conventional Rubber mixing machines. For best result it is recommended that the mixing machine be kept hot during compounding stage for a quicker and a better homogenous compound. Rubaloy is designed to withstand higher compounding temperatures.

Curing
Standard Sulphur and Peroxide curing systems should be used for vulcanization. Since NBR/PVC is slow curing. the accelerator dosage should be appropriately increased.

Applications
Rubaloy – 50 is highly recommended for products requiring very high ozone and oil resistance. Also, recommended for non-black/colored compounds due to its excellent colour fastness. Extruded profiles and products will give a smooth, sharp and glossy finish. It is recommended for LPG tubing and hoses, fuel tubes and other moulded products as well.

Rubaloy - S is a low hardness NBR / PVC blend in the polymer ratio of 3:2 with special additives of Polymeric Plasticizers, Internal Lubricants, Stablizers and Anti-Oxidants for easy compounding/blending. Due to its low hardness as compared to other NBR / PVC grades it is highly recommended for use in expanded Micro Cellular Sponge products. Also, for use in low hardness printing rolls and high oil, ozone and flex-crack resistant products.

Processing Characteristics
Easily processable on conventional rubber processing machines. Very quick filler and plastic absorption. Warm mixing mill roll or processing chamber recommended for best results. Can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures upto 140°C.

Applications

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy – 2530 is a unique blend of Oil Extended Nitrile Rubber and Polyvinyl Chloride with a very high percentage of Plasticizers, etc. Test reports have proved that Rubaloy-2530 has excellent processing qualities. This grade has substantial tensile strength, especially considering the total percentage of plasticizer that has been infused into it. This grade is also resistant to solvents and mild acids, which makes it ideal for printing rollers. Handling, cutting and weighing of Rubaloy-SS is easy as it comes in soft sheets, thus saving on time, cost and labour.

Processing Characteristics
Rubaloy-2530 can be easily processed on conventional rubber mixing/compounding machines. It has excellent filler and plasticizer absorption properties and can withstand elevated compounding temperatures.

Curing
Sulphur or peroxide curing is recommended for Rubaloy - 2530. It has improved curing properties as compared to other similar polymers. A slightly higher dosage of accelerators is recommended.

Applications
Since Rubaloy-2530 has a relatively low polymer hardness, not found in NBR/PVC Blends it has a unique advantage to manufacture low hardness printing rollers, moulded articles, low density foam, soft pipes, tubes and hoses.

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy - FLRT is a blend of Acrylonitrile Butadiene co-polymer with pretreated Poly Vinyl Chloride having special flame retardant properties and low temperature flex resistance. This grade is an excellent Chloroprene (Neoprene) and EPDM substitute. Rubaloy-FRLT has very high Ozone, Oil, Weather, Flex and abrasion resistance. Rubaloy - FRLT can be ideally used for producing Extruded Tubes and Profiles, Gaskets, Expanded Foam (sponge) and Sheets. Die swelling is minimum. The products will have an excellent, smooth finish and sharper edges. Rubaloy - FRLT based compounds can be blended with NBR, HNBR, chloroprene, CSM(hypalon) based compounds.
Rubaloy - FRLT is not recommended for adhesives.

Processing Characteristics

Product Information Grade
Rubaloy - 73 is a low cosnon-staining NBR / PVC blend in the ratio of 70:30 Acrylonitrile Butadiene, Poly vinyl Chloride, Di-Octyl Pthalate. Other additives are blended to obtain a very high oil, ozone and abrasion resistant polymer. It is specially designed to prevent scorching even at higher compouding temperatures.

Processing Characteristics
Can be easily processed on open mixing mill, kneader, intermix or Banbury. Compounding at elevated temperatures will not scorch the product. All polar plasticizers are compatible.

Applications
Replaces most Polychloroprene (Neoprene) based products. Can also be used in hoses, hose covers, LPG tubing, antistatic shoe soles and floorings, textile cots and aprons, hospital sheeting etc.
